Hi, I'm Rich

I'm a CrossFitter first, so I know what the last rep means. I know what the burn feels like. I know what it's like to get chalk everywhere, and I know what it's like to have the whole gym screaming at you to get you over that line. That's what I want to capture.

Before media, I ran a social care provision across the South West. I've also played bass professionally for over 30 years and run a woodworking channel on YouTube, so I've always had something creative on the go. Now I work in media and business consultancy.

I'm not on the sidelines guessing what's coming next. I've done the workouts and I know where the story is. Whether it's the grimace of the lift, the PB or the hug at the finish, I'll be there for it.
